How can one became your reseller membership ?
Any customer whose order clocks $1,000USD monthly on regular basis is eligible to be our valued reseller automatically. As our resealer, you get more discounts than ordinary customers. Better still, a reseller also enjoys credit facility, provided we visited his country where he sells and have his valid proof of residence.
How many days to delivery the goods to me ?
Having confirmed your payment, we shall ship your order prompt. Order which destination is within Europe is normally received within 48 hours. Within the United Kingdom we ship an deliver same day. However, goods shipped to other continents may reach their destination in 2 to 3 business days via Fedex Express.
How long do I need to wait for my payment confirmation ?
15 munites! We confirm payment immediately. Western Union for example is tracked online. Occasionally bank transfer is confirmed as long as one week. Customer should not that it is when we cash the money transfered through the bank that we can proceed with shipping.
Do you offer shipping insurance?
Shipping insurance is included for FedEx/UPS/DHL. Additional insurance can be purchased at request. For larger shipment of value over $10,000USD, we recommend buying additional shipping insurances.

If we make payment , how can we be sure of delivery?
Well, our primary mode of payment is cash in-shop and will continue to be. We deliver in good faith to all our target market outside England. Any international customer that is skeptical about our intergrity and reliability is advised to buy locally. Wecannot go all way to coax our customers into buying or send them order prior payment all on the verge of selling.
Why do you not accept Cheques, credit cards and other mode of payments?
We used to accept cheques and virtually all types of credit cards but they resulted in disastrous situation where we lost thousands of pounds to fraudsters. But for our insurance company that indemified us, we would have been out of business. Hence we inculcate a fraud -resisistant purchasing policy into our merchandise. This calls for need to stick to cash in-shop and bank transfer for National customers, Western Union and MoneyGram for international customers. Going back on this is extremely inconsequential.
Do you have minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Most of our products do not have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). The more you order, the lower the per-item price it will be. If certain item has a MOQ, it will be clearly stated in the product detail. You can, however, still purchase samples for evaluation before making your actual big orders. Please feel free to contact for evaluation samples. Please note that during sales promotion, the right to fix the MOQ at 3 or more is reserved.
Your products are very cheap, are they refurbished or chinese made?
We only sell brand new product, all our phones are made in the parent companies of the respective manufacturers. Neither refurbish nor made in China. We offer competitive prices because we order direct from these manufacturers. They are only cheap when they are on special. They main objectives of the periodic sales is to overwhelm the prevailing competitive forces in the UK. Secondly, to build our market share and lastly to command brand equity and loyalty.
What are your Warranty Terms and Conditions?
Product quality is a top priority for Mobicell. We offer 30 days warranty against defects for all products sold from the date of receipt. The warranty does not cover driver incompatibility, normal wear, unauthorized firmware upgrade, non-rechargeable batteries, consumables, damage due to accidents, physical force, water, fire, power surge, acts of God, or other misuse.
Pre-shipment Quality Assurance Check
Mobicell checks all products with a strict quality assurance checklist. The checks include the appearance of the goods, the function of the hardware and software, the packaging, and inclusion of applicable accessories and power adapters. Custom-made products will go through additional checklist as required by the customers.
For small orders and samples, Mobicell executes the quality assurance check for all products. For large order, Mobicell uses the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) industrial standard to ensure high product quality.
